RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS:
RESERVATIONS
Deposits - 50% of full package price is non-refundable unless we can rebook the program. If successful in rebooking, we will keep $100 per person and refund the rest. The remaining 50% of full package price must be paid 1 month before the start of the program. The Confirmation and Invoice Form will tell you the date of the final payment and a reminder invoice will be sent. Please send in funds to meet your dates. All rates are in Canadian funds and are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENTS
Credit Card payments, Cheques, Wire Transfers or Money Orders are required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing 1 months prior to your start date or there will be no refund (unless, of course, it can be filled). You may also sell your program to another skier, 19 years or older with our knowledge and consent. Cancellation Insurance can be purchased through your travel agent and is recommended.
Company reserves the right to cancel any ski package at any time. Although cancellation is highly unlikely, there would be a full package refund, but our company cannot be responsible for any guest travel costs or associated costs to the program.
CHANGE IN RESERVATION DATES
We will attempt to change your ski dates, if possible, but we reserve the right to charge an additional $100 per person for the additional work involved.
INSURANCE
With our non-refundable policy on the deposit and the non-refundable total within 1 months of the program (except with the program being rebooked), we recommend that you purchase cancellation/travel insurance from your travel agent if it is available.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
Check with your medical insurance provider to make sure that you are fully covered in British Columbia, Canada.
PERSONAL PROPERTY INSURANCE
If you are concerned about the safety of your equipment and personal belongings, please ensure that these are covered in your household policy before you leave home. Personal skis lost in a skiing tumble are the responsibility of the skier. All reasonable attempts will be made to recover the lost articles in the summer, but the terrain is very large and rough in the summer and will make recovery very difficult.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION INSURANCE
Although this is hardly ever required, it is not always covered in your medical insurance. Please consider adding it to your policy for this tour.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
Wilderness activities have danger and risks beyond our control. Please print out Waiver of Liabilty page 1 & Waiver of Liabilty page 2 , initial & sign it where indicated, have it witnessed and return it to us with your final payment for the program.
